1.2. The User independently performs the Tarot card spread and inputs the drawn cards into a form provided on the website. The Service does not participate in the card drawing process and does not offer any mystical or spiritual services.

1.3. Interpretations are generated using analytical methodologies, proprietary data, and experience with information systems. The methodology is considered the intellectual property of the Service and is not publicly disclosed.

1.4. By accessing or using the Service, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use.

2. Nature of the Service

2.1. The Service is provided for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only. The interpretations are not intended to serve as a basis for making significant personal, financial, legal, or medical decisions.

2.2. The algorithms and techniques used to generate Interpretations are proprietary trade secrets and are protected by intellectual property laws.

2.3. Tarot card names and images used on the website are either licensed or in the public domain and are included solely to assist the User in entering their results.

3.1. While the Service strives to provide accurate and up-to-date content, it does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any Interpretation. Use of the Service is at the User’s own risk.

3.3. The Service is not liable for any User’s personal interpretation or reaction to the provided content.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1. The User agrees to use the Service for informational purposes only and acknowledges that the content does not constitute predictions of future events.

4.2. The User is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data they input into the Service.

5. Payments and Refund Policy

5.1. The Interpretation is a prepaid service, which includes expenses related to the operation and maintenance of external systems.

5.2. If the Service fails to deliver the Interpretation due to a technical issue, the User may request a refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and are subject to review.

5.3. Completed services are non-refundable except in cases covered under Section 5.2.

5.4. By making a payment, the User confirms their understanding and acceptance of these Terms, including the refund policy.

6. Modifications and Dispute Resolution

6.1. The Service reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

6.2. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
